Jordan did a fabulous job renovating our basement. He put in an office and a small gym space into an unfinished area of our basement. His contractors were excellent, his communication was solid, and there were no surprised costs. The finishing work was excellent. He puts a lot of work into his quotes, and this time is built into the cost of the project so it is important to discuss this prior to him initiating the quoting process. We felt that his costs were reasonable to the volume of work that was required. He is excellent at project planning – so we always knew where he was in the project. There were a couple of delays, but we felt that the project was done as fast possible. We have a couple more projects that the house needs over the next year and we will give him a call!

We had our deck done this summer by Jordan and his team and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. He started by doing our concrete patio for the hot tub and we were so impressed with his professionalism that we hired him for the deck.
